I love Tuesdays in the spring and summer. Went to Roots today!! I decided to go to the auction. I ended up with 18lbs of white seedless grapes, 16 containers of blackberries (only $7) and someone wanted to split it with me and gave me $4 for it!, 2 bags of apples $1.25ea, 10lb bag of potatoes $2, cherry pie, apple dumplings, bag of onions, small bags of shredded wheat $.55/bag, big seedless watermelon $2, 11 slim jims $2, and a big box of mangoes. I met a very kind gentleman who helped me carry things to my car. Thank you so much Dale! I was so very grateful. He comes with his daughter during the spring and summer months. In addition to the auction I got whoopie pies of course, mushrooms, zucchini, corn on the cob, green beans, and green peppers. What an awesome day :)
