I love baking, especially my fave Banana Banana Bread, which is relatively low sugar, high fiber, and delish. HOWEVER!! I absolutely hate cleanup. I must have been lite royalty in another life, as chores are beyond me. In the past, I would have had a big glass of wine while I washed bowls, and caked-on muffin and loaf pans. Instead, I was listening to the Eagles loudly (one of their best, IMO, a CD that was only available at Walmart - what the hell is THAT??) I was near the end of the disgusting task until I found a substantial pond of water on the floor, and ended up falling flat on my back, after having my feet fly forward. Im OK, surprisingly. Too much excitement. I knew I shouldnt clean up! Any suggestion for disposable muffin pans?
