I love bread (aka pain lol) just yesterday I went into a bakery & very nearly ordered a naughty bacon bap which came in a big white floury roll because they didnt have a brown option I CHOOSE to eat a brunch bar instead saving my waist, my money, ultimately my health. White bread is sooooo yucky, it turns into glue (hence gluten) in your intestines & sits there blocking you up having a massively negative impact on your digestion along with so many other horrid reasons not to eat it! Life is a series of decisions you make right now so stop saying stuff like Ill start tomorrow life is happing right now the choices you make right now & in every instant affect you & your future happiness & success so choose wisely! Choose the good life!! ❤️🌈❤️
