When I started reading it, I could not put it down. I love the way you describe scenes, I could see the flowers, threes, land, weather, the cattle and I could even smell the dust. I fell in love with Mattie Ann and Juan. What is not to love about Sam. While I was reading I never saw the words on a page, I saw the scenes. I was there. You Sir are very good, I have read a lot of Zane Gray and Louis L’Amour a in my open ion you are right up there with the best in your ability to put the reader in the scene.
