I love hearing this kind of stuff: I cant thank you enough for taking time out of your busy schedule to create me a plan where I can actually eat food, and its food that I like! I am so excited to get started on it and reach my fitness/ fat loss goals. You are so AWESOME!! Who wants to eat chicken, broccoli, and brown rice all the time? There are so many different ways to lose fat, and eating bland food 24/7 is not one of them. You shouldnt feel like you have to skip out on your favorite foods just because you want to lose fat. You just need to learn how to time your foods right and portion sizes. Dont make losing fat harder than it needs to be.
