I love high intensity circuits on Friday nights because they are quick and effective and let me get in and out of the gym in less than an hour. My goal during these workouts is to spike my heart rate, let it come back down, and repeat, etc. Tonight circuit: 15 reps kettle bell swings, 10 reps barbell rows, 10 reps barbell overhead press, 10 reps of step ups per leg. 6 rounds, rest period between rounds determined by heart rate recovery, took me about 30 minutes to finish.
