I love it when a person I have never met before shows up at 8 am to offer his help and expertise with a big smile and a warm hand shake. Assuring me that he can take care of what feels like a challenging project my sense of overwhelm shifts to deep gratitude for his kindness. Connection is such a vital link in our day to day lives. Feeling like someone understands and is willing to help carry the burden because its not a big deal to them makes all the difference in the world.
