I love it when you only hear from certain people when they have criticism, or when youve made a mistake and they feel the need to remind you of it. But when youre doing well, theyre silent. No congratulations. Nowhere to be seen. I love it. Silence is golden. It makes me know that, yes, they are seeing what I am doing, how well things are going, but they have nothing to pull me up on. That silence fuels me.
