I love just wearing my natural fro! This natural journey has been a truly beautiful experience. I did a big chop for the second time in May 2013. Now 1 year and 5months my fro is big and healthy. Im very simple in hair products. I use regular Vo5 shampoo and conditioner. I use apple cider vinegar as a rinse sometime. I use virgin olive oil few times a week, sometimes less then that. I wear braids and twist for protective styles. Since my second chop I really did less. Im also a vegetarian. So I really think that has helped my growth experience. I also had natural long hair, so truthfully we all will have different growth experience. Natural alone will help you have a beautiful growth experience outer and inner. God bless!
