I love justice Sotomayor, and I am still shocked with the fact that she is a USSC member, thanks to President Obama. If it was not for Obama, a Latina would not be there today. I dislike Clarence Thomas, because he is a total deluded human, a Christian conservative who sees things through a rather ignorant prism. Brilliant Scholar, so is Scalia, but both brainwashed by their God issues. Back to my point, I love Sotomayor, but disagree with her re Affirmative Action. It does cheapen the degrees of many minorities, as Thomas said. Have racial inequality faded away completely? No. But barring white people with better high grades to welcome minorities with inferior grades, does not sound right to me.
