I love my football, being from Alabama, I have been an Alabama fan since I was old enough to know what a football was! Here in Georgia, they love their football too. Just as devout as any other fans youll ever find. I do not like pro football simply because it has lost its meaning. The game has lost its focus. I am going to make a confession. As a fan I thought I loved the college game because of the kids, the spirit, the pagentry, etc. But like the pros I too have lost focus. The college game is not about the things I just mentioned. Its about young men and women. Its about a crucial time in their maturation process. Its about aligning themselves with what will make them a success when they leave their schools. You have that at the University of Georgia. You have a coach who I believe without a doubt puts the kids ahead of all else. I love Bama, but if I had a child who was a football star, he would play at Georgia. Dawg fans, Coach Richt needs to coach for as long as he wants because I can assure you, Georgia will always have winners under those red helmets with that black G on the side just because they played for this fine man. Go Dawgs!
