I love my sister dearly. Love. Her. But she should be prohibited from owning a cell phone for all of the following reasons: 1. She never has it turned on, charged, or un-muted. 2. IF she accidentally brings it with her somewhere, she will surely forget it at that location. 3. She never answers it for all of the aforementioned reasons. 4. If you text her, she may or may not respond within 24 hours. Usually due to the previously documented circumstances. 5. If you text and she does, in fact, respond, she will only respond to a portion of a text. You will then text the SAME question repeatedly. It may or may not get answered by text five or six.
