I love our retreat sunset practice in Tamarindo. We gather with the ringing of the Tibetan Singing Bowl from our villas, taking our time to settle into a place of ease. The opportunity to sit together, move together, breathe in and breathe out at the end of each day is centering and seals in all of the goodness of the day. Oh! And that view isnt bad either!
