I love sleeping , I hated going to go to class or to this interview ; I had an internship interview TODAY and I was running late . I dont know what to wear or how or why .. All I knew is that I had a very bad feeling for today . I almost forgot to introduce myself , I am Layla Smart ( its my name but I am really SMART ) , what was I saying ? yeah I remember I HAD AN INTERVIEW with the most powerful man in New York and I really needed this internship . I need to find a cab ( dont worry I wore a white dress , black shoes and a black bag , I was like the channel models ,wearing black and white , JOHN BROWN loved black and white I was sure I had a bonus point concerning the outfit ) , I found a cab ; - The WOF please -The WOF , wow mam do you work there ? -If I get in time I may be working there , can you please hurry up . - Sure mam . It was already nine oclock , 30 minutes until it starts and the traffic was impossible . - Sir can you please hurry up ! I am really running late ! - Look mam , I have nothing to do , the damn traffic , its too blocks away if you go now you may be there in time ! - Okay thanks ! I found myself outside the cab running in high heels ! 9:20 , I ARRIVED FINALLY . - Hello , my name is Layla Smart and I have an interview with Mr John Brown. - Fifth floor , the red door . Good luck darling . He said . Out of service the sign says ! No way the elevator isnt working ! FIFTH FLOOR . Okay I can do it , five minutes left . I took off my shoes and climbed the stairs . Fifth floor sign , I felt like an athlete reaching for a gold medal ! Red door , panic , I knocked . The door opened , and he was sitting in a black big chair staring at me . This is John Brown ? The most powerful man in NY ? - Good morning , Layla right ? Layla ? No miss no Madame ? Nada ? - Right sir . - My name is John , John Brown , call me John . He smiled . - I will try ! I already hated being here , he was so sure about himself , but he had this smile ! Okay Layla stop it . FOCUS - Have a seat , please . And he smiled again !!!! - Thank you JOHN ! - See , you can do it Layla ! HE SMILED Please stop saying my name please ! I wanted to tell him every time you say my name my heart is dancing the rumba , weird right ? - Well Layla , I see that you are a very smart girl . - Well JOHN , I was born like this . - Quite interesting ,I heard a lot of interesting things about you Layla and ... He was talking , but I wasnt listening , he was wearing a black suit , brown eyes , brown hair , white teeth , he was like Gabriel Macht ( Harvey Spector from suits ). I felt his intelligence and I a weird passion , I almost forgot his smile , oh yes his smile ! To be continued ... H.M
