I love the days when eclectic is on the menu for work....I love food for all its glory....today included chirizo potato hash with poached egg and cilantro cream, ancho shrimp with black beans, spanish chirizo and grits, bone in pork loin with balsamic lavender glaze, rack of lamb with mole and cilantro chimichurri sauce, heart of ribeye, and to finish it off red snapper, fresh PEI mussels and littleneck clams in a saffron broth.....hmmmm I guess I might have to wait a bit before the goat cheese cheese cake with thyme honey....yup some days are harder than others :)
