I love the ideas in the comments about false accusers being given jail time and or suit/fines and being put on a list of false accusers whos going to date or marry someone who might accuse them or raping them? There needs to be some real consequences to falsely accusing someone of such a horrendous crime. Saying that you should just believe people who make rape claims because false rape charges supposedly only happens 2% of the time insinuates that to be raped and not believed is any worse then to be accused of rape and not believed. People who are accused of rape are abused verbally, physically and psychologically for the remainders of their lives often times even if they are able to prove themselves innocent. If you think saying I was raped not being believed and feeling sad about it for a while is worse than saying I didnt rape her and being spit on by society and ostracized by your community for decades on end, you must be completely simplistic. Imagine a world that these feminists envision: A rape accusation made by a woman is an automatic jail sentence. No questioning, no investigation, no examining the evidence, nothing. A woman says that you raped her, you go to jail, period. Like an automation button: Press the button, person X she doesnt like goes to jail. If any person in this world thinks that system wouldnt be abused, and abused a whole lot, that person is completely and utterly delusional. That person is mentally sick and should seek some help.
