I love these words and principles--why dont we use them more consistently and often? Everything does not need to be reimaged, massaged, tweaked, photoshopped and/or abandoned. Common sense, personal responsibility, a dedication to our communities and neighbors and a balanced respect for all seems critical to freedom, prosperity and peace. Please start with yourself. Are you being kind and loving to yourself? Are you taking responsibility for your actions, beliefs and situation in life? Are you living within your means? Do you volunteer and help others in need? Just check in. There are no judgments or right or wrong. There is a beginning point, though--a place where we can all review and reflect about how we are living and being in the world. A place where we can ask ourselves, Are we doing enough or giving too much? Are we helping ourselves and each other or allowing others to help too often? We can each make a difference by working on ourselves...by being more accepting and courageous, by learning new skills and taking an initiative to care for the world and each other.
