I love this. I ordered a new Smartphone nearly 3 weeks ago, with a new Flat Rate contract. The phone was sent out late (annoyingly), then it got lost by DHL, in Berlin (you had on job DHL), and now has apparently disappeared. Now DHL say its not their problem. The phone company say its not their problem... And the (apparently) 3rd party hardware distributor wont send me a new phone, until they get the old one back from DHL... Who says they lost it. All the while, Im paying for a new contract that I cant use. WHOOOOP! Amazing customer service there by all involved.
