I love this group!!!! Omgosh.....31 animals rocked this work-out!! This is our largest group yet!!! The tigers (loved your cheer!!!), the cute but mighty jackrabbits and the fierce Ocelots were on fire (and maybe their quads too;) Great job everyone!! Welcome to all the ladies from Happy Clown Daycare, the Nurses from SJ Regional Emerg Dept., all the teachers, the fun and rowdy French connection that keeps growing and many more!! Please plan a work out (or 2-3) between now and Monday....you are on a roll and lets keep up your awesome hard work and dedication to a healthier you! Please remember to bring medicine balls to Mondays class. I will do a separate post for that to share info. Congrats to Sam Williams who won the prize in our Wacky Wednesday Dress up theme! Cute as a bunny and loved the cotton tail!! Thank you to all my awesome helpers: pylons (Janet, Monica and Susan), getting my matt(Josh-team mascot) and humping eqiup to and from my car (Margie, Tim, Kathy, Tamara, etc...)
