I love this series. It has educated me no end and I lived very close to this area for quite a while, maybe too close resulting in that I indeed felt like the minority, however, with 20-20 hindsight its amazing how an active anti social small groups in an area can have an effect on your outlook of the representation of a community as a whole. It is with fresh eyes I see the whole picture, the complexities and the issues and baggage from the white Australia era many years before that have had lasting negative carry over effects for new Australians, particularly those displaced and seeking asylum.
