I love watching the big freighters glide under the bridge... This is The Polar Enterprise, heading back to Alaska... Ron Beffa and I were both out along the shoreline waiting for the sunset in the same area but out of sight...I didnt know he was there and he didnt know I was there.... Funny thing is the sunset looked like a dud, due to the fog to the West and we were both about to give up....Then we both saw this massive freighter gliding down the strait from Martinez and decided to stay a little longer....shortly after passing under the bridge, the sunset afterglow lit up the sky....Thank you Polar Enterprise and thanks Ron for looking up the info on this massive freighter....
