I love when fossil ex-coaches come up and try to interject with their 1990 philosophies. Little pointer for you now on the sideline coaches. If the start is bad, working on the finish doesnt matter. Work from beginning to end and thats how you create a ballplayer. Im other words, if a kid doesnt separate right and get his momentum moving towards his target, his stride is guaranteed to be messed up. Gotta crawl before you walk chief! No sense in working on his stride till the kid learns how to launch correctly. Too many coaches worry about the last half-second of the delivery and dont think that the first second is whats screwing kids up. Tommy John surgerys are now being done on 10 and 11-year-olds because of you outdated trophy chasing douchebags who refuse to evolve. Oh well, end of rant. Have a nice night everybody! :)
