I loved this article. I love being a mom. I love Bailey, and I have dreams about seeing Baby DJs little face when she comes out and I hold her and love her and nurse her and Bailey holds her... But I cant embrace every moment. Every moment is not awesome. Bailey wipes boogers places boogers should not be, even though Ive told her to keep her finger out of her nose 10x daily since she realized she could cram it up there, and asks me questions NONSTOP, even when Im pooping in the bathroom and locked the door... And dont worry, when I dont answer she slides notes and fingers and toys and candy under there, too. And DJ kicks me in the bladder 672,998 super inconvenient times a day. I worry that Bailey will be jealous of her baby sister, and I cringe sometimes when she wants to rub my belly... For hours... Nonstop... And baby talk it, for hours, nonstop... And ask me more questions about the baby in there; you know, the one that just rolled onto my bladder... Again. Right on author, some of us are right there with you; and cried tears of laughter, guilt, and happiness that we are not alone in this.
