I made a cake. I used a Super Moist Cake mix, raw goats milk, no water, 4 fresh eggs, all mine, 1 stick of melted butter, store bought, added 2T vanilla, added a cup of Powdered sugar. It whips up so light n fluffy. Baked in an individual loaf pan (greased/floured) for each of us... @ 350 degrees, for about 25-30ish minutes in my small rotisserie/countertop oven. (1500 watts vs 6000 watts in a full size). This needs no icing. Tastes like a Cream Cake. ANY flavor can be made this way. Alternates, nuts, coconut, flavored chips.
