I made a very careful and moderately mild statement to the press earlier this morning when I was asked if the Republic of Cyprus is discriminating against its people. I said I dont think so. I wanted to keep the tone down on purpose. But now, seeing that thousands of European citizens with the legal right to vote are being refused because their name was not included in some list, I cannot manage to hide my disappointment any more with this system. I am asking for all TCs whose name are on this list and for all our GC compatriots to please go to the polling stations and to show their stance against this huge failure of European democracy!
