I made beef steak nachos in the sc today. It was AMAZING and so easy. Tasted like real nachos from a Mexican restaurant. Recipe 1kg blade steak 1 large can crushed tomatoes 1 continental chilli con carne sachet Method Throw the blade steak and tomatoes in sc and cook until meat falls apart. Add chilli con carne sachet and stir well, breaking up meat. Leave to cook for 1/2 hr. Sauce thickens. Assemble your nachos. You could add red kidney beans or corn kernels if desired. Also suitable with chicken. We served it with guacamole and sour cream. Yummo! Mr 5 year old loved it!!!
