I made it 35 days of this 50 day challenge I completed T25 Alpha, 9 & 3/4 inches lost, I feel incredible! I went from a size 14 to a size 10 I can get into an 8 but still a little snug. Next week will be a major challenge with T25 Beta! I stopped jogging, I was experiencing a lot of pain in my knees and shins! I would rather try that later when I get a little more weight off. My goal is to just to keep going, I dont have a weight loss goal, if that was the goal I would have already gave up because I am not seeing a huge weight loss, but I am shrinking in some areas that have really been a bondage to me! If you can handle a high intensity work out I recommend T25 only 25 mins a day! I want to encourage any one who has never worked out to give this a try, if I can do it so can you! I know a lot of women that have lost a lot of weight and when you ask them what are you doing??? Their response is OH just watching what I eat! Well some women I call your bluff! I watched what I ate and never budged in my weight. Well I just want to share what I am doing daily. The first step for me was getting off of Dr. Pepper, 2 and half weeks later got off of sweet tea and then the sugar! 35 days ago I started T25 I drink a gallon of water a day 2 glasses I put fresh lime in (lime is a natural diuretic) after my work out I eat a banana, at lunch I drink a protein shake at 3 I eat a snack, a hand full of almonds a cheese stick and a piece of turkey, I eat dinner before 6 pm and if I want a snack before bed I eat a tbs. of peanut butter or something that is high in protein! The protein shakes that I do I bought from Sams I mix a tbs. Of peanut butter in it! ( I love peanut butter) I never have successed like this on my own ever! So yes I am proud of this accomplishment!
