I made my first batch of gluten-free, sugar-free granola yesterday. It came out great! Even though the ingredients are all natural, organic, and preservative/artificial ingredient free, it is still high in calories. I highly recommend portioning out the batch of granola (I think it can make 12 1/4 cup portions coming to about 245 calories each) so that you dont consume too many calories without realizing in one go.
