I made some bunat a restaurant yesterday out of leftovers from rice noodles that I strained out of some soup, vinegar based dipping sauce and veggie garnish. It sat in the car for several hours at about 70°. This salad is traditionally served at room temperature. It contains copious amounts of vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. But, as it sits in the fridge Im a little apprehensive about eating it. Thoughts?
