I made the Jelly slice again last night but this time with coconut cream instead of ordinary cream. I am not a fan of coconut but this tastes fantastic, it has just a mild coconut taste and i can still taste the strawberry jelly. I love how you mix it all together and it separates itself while setting. Here is my morning tea for today - ummm and maybe lunch, afternoon tea and dessert, oh and did i mention i also had some with breakfast. Sarah, Sharee, Kelly, Tania, Lynley.
