I made the mistake of believe a salesperson who said I could have long distance service for $14 more a month on my phone bill. That was 3 or 4 months ago. When I started this fiasco, my bill average was about $55 a month consistently. Now, I discontinued all long distance service about two months ago and my bill is now averaging $85 a month and Im not doing anything to get it there! Im sick of calling customer service and being lied to. Im not paying this bill. Im done. Im taking this with up with my congressman and the FCC. AT&T uses abusive marketing practices and I intend to no longer be its victim AKA a customer !!!
