I made the most expensive lasagna for my "special day". 35-40 bucks in mini chantarels nd lobster mushrooms. Ground too order 10% fat chuck. Ass load if truffled butter, bunch of truffle salt and almost a whole wedge of truffled Romano cheesr. Then two packs of imported buffalo mozzarela. I made the tomato sauce from scratch using san marzano nd dona tomatoes from my familys garden. All in all, pretty good.
