I made these tonight... well a variation of them. Using Red Mill extra thick rolled oats (whole grain) maybe about 1/3 or so of the bag, peanut butter (crunchy and creamy) - about a cup or so, Dark Chocolate Super Fruits-about a cup (microwaved about 45 seconds to soften), vanilla extract-about 1.5 teaspoon: Mix, chill in the freezer for a bit -5 mins or so, roll and store in air tight container in fridge. Makes for a quick healthy breakfast on the go or a late morning/afternoon pick me up. They were pretty tasty while I was making them :). The final product should be super- eat in moderation- No more than one or two a-day/serving unless you are working out then you can have more.
