I made this for lunch today, and it was divine. Id never thought to saute jalapenos! I was eating the leftover ones by themselves. I used sourdough bread from Livonias Superior Bakery (from Westborn or Dearborn Farm Market), Rosewood Farms mozzarella with a dash of Colby/Jack from Farm Country (Michigan small-farm, pastured-cow dairies), and jalapenos grown in a local backyard. Now, that is a SMUG sandwich!
