I made this today. It was scrumptious! I used bowtie pasta because I didnt have egg noodles and bowtie pasta is my favorite anyway! I added a little red pepper flakes. My opinion is that everything is better with red pepper flakes! My cottage cheese wasnt very small curded, but it didnt seem to make any difference. Oh, I also used 2 cups of cheddar cheese! My opinion is also that everything is better with lots of cheese :) Try it! Youll love it! Easy too!
