I may have flipped out a little when my little man was given a diet coke this weekend because of the whole natural sugar is better for you than old school artificial sweeteners(not like splenda). Maybe Im completely living under a rock because my daughter hates all carbonation and I havent thought about this. The question is regular or diet soft drinks? If you have children, which one do you allow them to occasionally have?
