I mentioned a few weeks ago that Ive been asked to judge the Derbyshire heats for the futurechef competition, a national competition for 12-16 year olds. Im delighted to have just been asked to be a mentor for the winner of the heat and to hopefully help them through to the regional finals in February and maybe even the national finals in March which is held at a top London hotel 😄 Theres nothing better as a chef than seeing a young talent develop and progress. I cant wait to be a part of it! 👍
