I met a goal I wanted to achieve by my bday. Thats to squat using 100lbs. When I started using weights with my squats I started using 45lb. Cant walk the next day. As I got stronger I didnt want to increase the weights. I was cool with using 45 because I knew I could do it. Easy peasy. I knew if I wanted to gain the results I am trying to achieve I had to up my weights. So Friday I did it!! Better than that I used 105 pounds. Drew Johnson you told me a month ago to put some weight on it. Pow!
