I met an extraordinary auto driver the other day. He ran away from his hometown some years back with an intention of going back there as a millionaire! He has a clear cut plan of how he is going to become a millionaire, right down to the details of how many employees he will have, their job responsibilities, the business model and how as a MD what will be his role, he will have an office within that office. He has already bought a small office space and rented it out till 2015 Diwali. Thats the time he will take to build up his capital. He can quote all the self made business Tycoons of India. He ackowledges without any regrets that he is 10th pass only. Feels that sometimes education can be a deterrent to success as the person starts to focus on what will not work, what can go wrong... At the end of my ride from Santacruz to Malad, I simply shook the hands of this would be millionaire and prayed from his success! I am sure the Universe had fun doing this to me !!!
