I met up with a gorgeous friend from uni who is doing some incredible things in my old community of Cockburn. So this is a call to action for anyone who has time to give back. From the 7th-11th of October 2014, 300 people will be empowered and released to give a faith goal of 1500 FREE community service hours to our local community. Together we will roll up our sleeves and help those most in need by doing: - Free House and Yard Renovations - Massive Street Clean Ups - Youth Healthy Lifestyle Beach Sports Carnivals - Hospital Pamper Days - Family Crisis Care Food Hampers - Youth Battle of the Bands - Retirement Honour Days - Family Carnivals - + MUCH MORE This significant movement will see a positive culture birthed in the local neighbourhood we call home, ultimately starting revival in our community. They preferably need people for during the week so let me know an I will invite you to the event.
