I miss my job at Wellington I absolutely loved taking care of the residents there...in a short time I made extra effort to establish relationships with them so they could have some peace of mind that they could trust I would take care of them they would ask from personal care, nursing care, spiritual care there is no nursing like taking care of a person who has ended up with trach and have to rely on strangers to make sure they can breathe ...I am praying for answers of what my next step is but pretty sure I got the answer already....
