I miss those days.... 1. when parents used to carry the TV set wen going to bed, 2. wen every T-shirt was called a skippa, 3. wen all snickers were called amataki, 4. wen every face towel was called spanki, 5. wen the master bedroom was called kukati, 6. wen the only form of disciplining at sku was ifikoti, 7. wen parents didnt want u to wear new clothes during the week ati fyapa sunday, 8. wen minced meat was called mizz mit, 9. wen ice block was called aizi bloko, 10. wen a bun was called ibanzi, 11. wen a scorn was called isikono, 12. wen not having bathed was a red card from watching TV, 13. wen u went to the roadside to watch cars and shouted donki, 14. wen u were told wearing a red clothe in the rains was dangerous, 15. wen u bathed during the day ati uleya kwisa, 16. wen u called every washing paste ati safu, 17. wen u called every coffee olo coaco ati tea, 18. Wen u called every cooking oil at saladi, 19. wen u burnt sugar to make tea, 20. wen you removed yo shirt before fighting, 21. wen u watched bruce lee and felt like starting a fight so that u fight like him, 22. wen you got somebody from the street to represent your parents at sku especially wen geting a report form,.......the list is endless.
