I moved into my house about 3 yrs ago. My moms friend paints hotels for a living ( so he knows what hes doing) he painted the inside of my house room by room but in the hallway he said he couldnt understand why the paint wouldnt cover this. Towards the bottom to the right there is a footprint on my ceiling. He said he primed and painted over it at least 5 or 6 times.. and it came back and actually got darker. ?? Sometimes I hear sounds. Nothing to crazy because im not afraid, but interesting. Lol
