I must admit it is quite difficult to deliver in main city & deal with people there As saied before Fashion, Power & Pride dominate there creating trust & commitment is part of bellonging to a team, a group, an interest , a tribe, a clan if you are a woman you are more easier reeived in a woman clan what if i do not like women women talk too much, women, cry, they are much emotional, this emotivity makes difficult to logic to get out, therefore somje seem even stupid some women use tools like being childish The level of seniority come from the level of seriousness & logic able to be put into business we do. Yes company has divesity among them, but company deliver less as logic is disturbed trough emotions Women that grow should be those that bring brains to office , not boobs & not emotions such you will have a thinking team pass this message to AK Ive noticed he likes the lady that sit in office with us, that bring boobs to office & is happy that she does that. She is 28 & much child & emotional Understand that this decision making is much border line in a man mind : bring pleasure&diversity on top or brains&diversity. sunshine, choose carefully
