I myself am totally against private citizens from paying any taxes period. It is what started the Revolutionary War and I know from studying US History that our forefathers and those who instituted and protected our Constitution felt the same way. Til Woodrow Wilson pressed in the 16th Amendment through during a Christmas Holiday and it was never properly ratified (read The Law that Never Was). The proper duties of the IRS when instituted was never set up to take money from private citizens but from those countries who wanted to import goods to the USA. The the IRS was changed to collecting from Businesses and Corporations. Then large Corporation owners like the Rockefellers turned the tides through payoffs to dirty Congressmen against their citizens in instituting and collecting income tax from private citizens.
