I named my business Christines Cardio Fitness, not Christines Divas, or Christines Skinny Girl Palace for a reason. I dont care what you look like on the OUTSIDE, I care about how your body is improving on the INSIDE. I may lose about 100 likes on Facebook today, good riddance if you are just using me. ~~~~~~~~I am not trying to get people skinny. I am proud of my peeps weight loss and clothing size changes and feeling better about themselves, but I am more proud of lower blood pressure and blood sugar levels.~~~~~~~~If you only like my page to try to get me to sell your weight loss products, or sell weight loss products to my customers directly, you are not my friend. I do not endorse any weight loss products and if someone uses my name or connection to my business to sell you something, please let me know. I would rather see you thick and firm than loose and skinny. Dont judge your health by the scale, get an annual physical and compare it to last year and the year before. Improving your health is a marathon, not a sprint. I will protect my peeps like a mama bear, dont mess with me.
