Mon-Fri Candidate must have a bike. Responsibilities: Update the website on daily basis. Updates the photo gallery. Travel with me in every meeting and captures the photos of me, DPOs and Escorts.(Webcam will be provided) Cover all the events with me.(meetings, seminars, workshops, events, activities, delegation arrival etc. ) Drive a car for me and have a valid LTV license (travel to Islamabad for meetings usually on weekend) Deposit and withdraw checks. Keep all the office laptops up-to-date, security essentials and updated antivirus. Write and complete the documentation for the ngo. Responsible for the emails queries. Keep the record of every meetings soft and hard as well. Eligibility: Excellent Interpersonal skills. Must be a pleasant personality. Any degree will be accepted, preferably in web designing.
