I need advice from people whove suffered from concussions. I was in a car accident & got one from slamming my head against my seat. Ever since then I cant be out in public for long or in bright lights. I cant even stare at my laptop without getting nauseous to do school work, I have a constant headache, my emotions are touchy & everything is cloudy. How long does it take to get better/symptoms to go away or what helps make them bearable? I have finals coming up for school. I cant live like this 😩😭
