I need some advice from fit people, or people who understand exercise: I did some advanced yoga (by accident) on Thursday and as of today my muscles are still sore so I can barely sit down without crying. Seriously, the pain in intense. But now its been 2 days since I have worked out and I dont want to go another day! Do I just plow through the pain or will I make it worse? (I want to use the treadmill, not repeat the yoga) Any input is appreciated! :)
