I need some help fb peeps with pools. We had our water tested by the pool store and they said we have 0 chemicals in it (eve though I have been putting them in) and our cyanuric acid is way too high which is eating up all the chemicals and causing the water to be cloudy and a green film on the sides, steps and walls. They told us to drain it half way and fill it back up and add shock and chlorine tabs. So far, we have done all of that and it just wont clear up. Any suggestions? If it dont clear up by tomorrow I will drain it completely and fill it back up with new water so I hope Clay PSD has a lot of water in our tank on the hill.
